VPN does not work while visiting other countries outside of the U.S. I cancelled service then the following year they charged my credit again. My advice is stay clear of this app.. Currently sitting at 12 days after contacting customer service and still, no resolution and no response.

This provides great protection for all my systems.

I have the paid versions of both! Bit Defender and Ultra VPN. I like the ease of dual channeling VPN for gaming on one side, while keeping a secure personal line as well.

This is a good app and I hope to have UltraAv in Apple Store eventually as well.

This app works flawlessly with my iPads and iPhone. My big disappointment is that the windows app does not work with Windows 7. I upgraded my Zander ID theft to include these and no compatibility requirements were listed. So I foolishly made the assumption they would work on all of my devices. This also applies to the windows version of ultra antivirus. I am hoping that Ultra will take notice and expand windows compatibilities!

VPN is not staying connected. Contacted customer support only to be given texting suggestions. Requested remote access support after troubleshooting their multiple suggestions and still nothing. Any recommendations for a good, supportive VPN provider?

I like this product. I have the anti-virus and web scan installed/active on my phone and personal laptop. Unfortunately, every time I try to use the vpn it fails to connect to even the most optimal location. I only got it to connect weeks after using it and trying most days. I have a hunch it may be restricted on the WiFi I currently use most days, so take this review with a grain of salt. Besides that this app helped me feel safer on the internet and more protected from viruses.

Transferred from Kaspersky and I have to say this app is a far cry from Kaspersky. VPN always drops and does not reconnect even though I have it set to reconnect. I have an iPhone and an Android phone and both have disconnect and not reconnect issues. My PC connection is slightly more stable but it has the same issue as well. Connects and won’t auto reconnect even though I have it set to. Back to TunnelBear I guess once my subscription runs out.

The speeds are pretty fast but they could be a bit better. Sometimes I have to manually switch protocols in order to get better speeds. I wish the iPad version of the app supported LANDSCAPE MODE because I use my iPad a lot in landscape mode and this app is only available in portrait mode.

Useless service. It failed and has no user interface options.

There’s a brief view at the bottom of the app that tells you what is being protected you have the option of adding more. I’m unable to. The little block that says add a website is very nice. However it doesn’t even work. I keep reaching out to someone and I’m not getting any answers.

I have canceled my account since April and I am STILL being charged for a service I haven’t used in months. They are like planet fitness but worse, they make you provide a ton of information that they already have and nitpick to make you stay with the service longer than you need to or intend to. There is no customer service support number and this whole ordeal has taken place via emails. As for the VPN itself that was decent, hence the singular star I have given, everything else is a nightmare.

If you feel like you are being monitored and someone is talking to you online, don't respond and don't be curious. It's just coercion and inducement, it's not a good thing.

Here’s the thing. I turned it on for USA and my stuff hasn’t been negatively effected yet.

It is so easy to use.

This app has worked across several countries in North and Central America which very little glitches. In some of the most remote regions in various settings; industrial, rural, agricultural and cities/towns. Working remotely and traveling has made a premium VPN subscription necessary. I have it installed on 3 devices and was able to share it with a few close friends and family, for 10 devices it’s reasonably priced. I prepaid for 2 years which is a great option.

The App keeps cutting my service?

For a lot of sites I need to use I have to disconnect the VPN which I find very annoying & also quite dangerous which completely nullifies its use which was my purpose of getting it in the first place.

Overall UltraVPN is good. I have some problems opening some web sights and have to turn off.

When the VPN is connected on my iPhone,my bank app doesn’t work and frequently other apps don’t work as well. Using PNC app for banking I also have problems with the VPN on my MacBook - after downloading the latest version, there is a message to download this version every-time I boot up ,and the virus “quick “ scan takes > 25 hours to complete

Been fighting bank disputes with them for two months now. They’ll charge you after you’ve canceled, then refuse to refund you. They customer service will start ignoring your emails and replying with “We’ll get back to you”. After 20 emails of them saying that I realized they’re scamming me. Trying to file a small claims suit against them currently.

Version is updated. Keeps suddenly connecting and disconnecting. Found several times disconnected.

Seems to slow my connection at times and won’t allow access to some websites. I would also like to be able to choose my access point. Needs some improvement.

Tried to logon even reset password no luck. Support is a bot.

I have issue with this as it won’t let me open some websites such as my cable company and more. Hard to shut off, you have to delete it to get it to turn off. Kinda aggravating.

I bought the yearly premium plan, I got a new phone, attempted to restore my purchase with no luck.

App works great but two big issues 1. When launching on iPad in landscape mode it doesn’t rotate. 2. When clicking the support link on the apple App Store it goes to a 404 page not found. Fix these issues and I’ll give it 5 stars. 3. Fix the data display when connected on iPhone so it shows the load and download rate again. Like what’s on iPad.

Can’t use Hulu on it or ESPN. Slows down my connection. Would rather get my $ back.

Fast and reliable connections, no issues so far.

The app shut down my comcast.net email. Sending and receiving. All suggested remedies didn’t fix the issue.

I love being protected while serving.

The vpn works decent on my MacBook but seems to of stopped working on my ios cell phone . Just doesn’t connect anymore.
